Domestic Shipping Policy

BEONE aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible.

Many items ship same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.

Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped within 1-2 days, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped.

Exclusive pieces, limited drops and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience! We have an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating for a reason.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address when purchasing.
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in the package being unable to be delivered, BEONE will not be responsible and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost necessary to resend the order to the correct address.
BEONE will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer in case of an incorrect address before processing the shipment. However, the final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the address provided is accurate.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping cost is calculated based on delivery location and order weight. Shipping cost details will be displayed before confirming your purchase.

BEONE is not responsible for any customs or dock taxes that may apply to your order. We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities for information on possible charges before making your purchase.

Delivery address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing the international order. BEONE is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

International Returns and Refunds:
